Reopening of Salon

Further to the easing of lockdown restrictions we are now able to reopen the salon for all appointments with the exception until 1st August of anything involving the face (facials, eyebrow, eyelash or lip treatments). . 

With health and safety a top priority you will notice some changes during your visit to keep both you, and our staff as safe as can be.

We respectfully ask that you follow the hygiene and social distancing measures in place. Your stylist will wear personal protective equipment. Please do arrive on time for your appointment and wait outside the salon, where you will be greeted by a member of our team and granted access. Please do arrive unaccompanied (whenever possible) and only bring essential items with you. Card only payments will be taken and will be contactless where possible.

Please note that face coverings will be required to be worn when attending the salon.

Please do not attend your appointment if you or any member of your household have any of the Coronavirus symptoms.

*  A high temperature  
*  A new, continuous cough  
*  A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste  

Instead please let us know and follow the advice from Public Health England.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

What about my gift voucher?

Any gift vouchers bought in the salon or directly from our website, that were due to expire after 1st March 2020 will be extended to cover the period of closure.

I have a Groupon, SpaBreaks, Wowcher or other 3rd party voucher?

If you have a third party voucher with us and would like more information on the status of your voucher, please refer directly to the relevant Company from which you have purchased your experience.
